O Sindicato do Com\u00e9rcio Varejista de Ara\u00e7atuba e Regi\u00e3o \u2013 SINCOM\u00c9RCIO\norienta as empresas do com\u00e9rcio a manterem um ambiente de trabalho pautado pelo\nrespeito, pela liberdade de express\u00e3o e, principalmente, pela liberdade de\nescolha pol\u00edtica de seus empregados.<\/o:p><\/p>

Mesmo ap\u00f3s o encerramento do per\u00edodo eleitoral, \u00e9 importante lembrar que o\nvoto \u00e9 livre e secreto<\/strong>, sendo vedada qualquer forma de press\u00e3o,\namea\u00e7a, constrangimento ou retalia\u00e7\u00e3o ao trabalhador em raz\u00e3o de seu voto,\nprefer\u00eancia ou posicionamento pol\u00edtico.<\/o:p><\/p>

As empresas devem estar atentas para evitar condutas que possam caracterizar\nass\u00e9dio eleitoral, tais como:<\/o:p><\/p>

\u00b7        \n<\/span><\/span>Amea\u00e7ar demiss\u00e3o ou prejudicar o empregado em\nraz\u00e3o de sua prefer\u00eancia pol\u00edtica;<\/o:p><\/p>

\u00b7        \n<\/span><\/span>Condicionar benef\u00edcios, promo\u00e7\u00f5es ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o\ndo emprego a determinado posicionamento pol\u00edtico;<\/o:p><\/p>

\u00b7        \n<\/span><\/span>Constranger ou pressionar funcion\u00e1rios a votar\nem determinado candidato ou partido;<\/o:p><\/p>

\u00b7        \n<\/span><\/span>Promover intimida\u00e7\u00f5es, persegui\u00e7\u00f5es ou\ndiscrimina\u00e7\u00f5es por opini\u00f5es pol\u00edticas;<\/o:p><\/p>

\u00b7        \n<\/span><\/span>Utilizar o ambiente de trabalho para impor ou\nexigir manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es de apoio pol\u00edtico.<\/o:p><\/p>

ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O, EMPRES\u00c1RIO!<\/strong><\/o:p><\/p>

O ass\u00e9dio eleitoral pode gerar consequ\u00eancias jur\u00eddicas e trabalhistas, al\u00e9m\nde comprometer o ambiente organizacional e a imagem da empresa.<\/o:p><\/p>

Por isso, recomendamos em car\u00e1ter preventivo, que os empregadores, gestores\ne respons\u00e1veis pelos estabelecimentos adotem uma postura preventiva, orientando\nsuas equipes e lideran\u00e7as para que n\u00e3o ocorram situa\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o ou\nconstrangimento relacionados a quest\u00f5es pol\u00edtico-partid\u00e1rias.<\/o:p><\/p>

Situa\u00e7\u00f5es dessa natureza podem ser denunciadas ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do\nTrabalho, inclusive por meio do canal oficial:<\/o:p><\/p>
