Nessas conversas \u2014 nos gabinetes de representantes como\nAdriana Ventura (Novo\/SP), Lucas Redecker (PSD\/RS), Luiz Gast\u00e3o (PSD\/CE) e o\npresidente da C\u00e2mara, Hugo Motta (Republicanos\/PB) \u2014, foram apontadas quest\u00f5es\ncomo o aumento dos custos da hora trabalhada, da baixa produtividade\nbrasileira, da possibilidade de queda na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, dos efeitos sobre\no Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) e da perda de competitividade dos neg\u00f3cios\nnacionais. Em primeiro lugar, garante-se a <\/font><\/font><b><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">preval\u00eancia das conven\u00e7\u00f5es e dos acordos coletivos sobre qualquer lei relativa \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da dura\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho.<\/font><\/font><\/b><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> A ideia \u00e9 que mudan\u00e7as na jornada, nas escalas de trabalho e nas remunera\u00e7\u00f5es sejam tratadas por meio desses instrumentos. Isso acontece porque, na leitura da FecomercioSP, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica capaz de atender, de forma adequada, a todos os setores da economia. \u201cA introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de maneira uniforme tende a produzir efeitos distintos \u2014 e, alguns casos, negativos \u2014 sobre o emprego e a atividade produtiva\u201d, ressalta a Entidade.&nbsp;<\/font><\/font><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
